Hosted by the Steering Committee for Materials Education of the Ministry of Education, the National University Students' Metallographic Skills Competition is a high-level academic contest open to undergraduates majoring in materials science and related disciplines. It was included in the National University Academic Competition Ranking List in 2020. Adhering to the mission of promoting teaching, curriculum reform and learning through competitions, the contest steadily elevates the quality of talent training in materials disciplines.
The outstanding results achieved by our college’s team stemmed from rigorous training by contestants and diligent guidance from faculty advisors. Going forward, the School will continue to prioritize the organization of academic competitions, encourage more students to take part in contests at all levels, and foster diversified training and comprehensive development of students.
