Work experience

Awarded for the title of professor in 2018. The main research areas are new coating design and preparation technology (design and preparation of nanomultilayer films and nanostructured coatings for super-hard, friction, corrosion, hydrophobic, antibacterial and other properties) and fiber-reinforced metal matrix composites (SiC fiber used in the field of engines and aerospace, boron fiber reinforced Cu, Al, Ti and Ni-based composite materials). Currently, more than 30 SCI papers for the above research directions, Dr. Wen as the first and corresponding author, have been published. As the project leader, he has been supported by a great deal of projects, such as the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program of China, Aeronautical Science Foundation, and significant amounts of military-industrial horizontal projects, with the contract funds of more than 5 million.
