Description: The program requires students to master basic theories of polymer chemistry and physics as well as technology and knowledge of polymer materials forming and processing, including the relationship between the composition, structure and performance of polymer materials, and synthesis and modification methods of polymer materials. The program will offer courses concerning basic theories and skills of polymer processing rheology, forming and processing and mold design. The program aims to cultivate high-quality and specialized talents who have the mastery of Polymer Materials and Engineering with proficiency in scientific research, technology development, processing and equipment design as well as production, operation management in the field of synthesis, modification, processing and forming of polymer materials.

Main courses: Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Physics, Polymer Rheology, Principles and Processing Technology of Polymer, Modern Deformation Equipment and Mold Design, Mold CAD/CAE Integrated Technology, Methodology in Polymer Material Studies.
