Since I started my career, I have been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the Institute of Roll Forging Technology in Jilin University, and conducted researches on flexible forming equipment and forming technology, as well as modern design methods of hydraulic control equipment. I have undertaken or participated in nearly forty scientific research projects, including three national key scientific and technological research projects and 863CIMS special project, national natural fund projects and doctoral fund projects, national innovation fund projects, and the "Double Ten Project"，a major scientific and technological research project of Jilin Province, etc.; I have published more than 100 academic papers, 11 SCI papers, and 40 EI papers; My researches are fruitful and I won one second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2009, one China Patent Gold Award in 2010, and one first prize of Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2003, one first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Machinery Industry Federation in 2005, one first prize of Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Invention Award in 2012; I have obtained over 20 invention patents for "Moldless Multi-point Forming Device".

Research direction: 1. Research on structural optimization design of flexible forming equipment and numerical simulation of forming process, 2. Modern design method of hydraulic control equipment and components, 3. Research on flexible forming of large-scale three-dimensional curved surface parts and its numerical simulation.
