研究方向:

1.      有机半导体器件物理,包括有机半导体能带工程,有机半导体异质结和有机场效应晶体管。

2.      柔性逻辑电路,包括柔性打印电子电路和射频识别标签等。

3.      有机薄膜生长,制备大尺寸高质量高规整度的有机薄膜,包括有机薄膜弱外延生长,物理气相沉积和溶液加工方法。
